I have been watching the Daily Photos Community, and I thought - hey Barb! - get up, move awaaaaaaay from the computer, get out, and take some pictures!! Wanted to join the fun, and figured there's no time like the present.
I recently acquired a new Kodak P&S - Kodak V1253 Zoom Digital Camera. Now, I LOVE my Canon Digital Rebel XTi (EOS 400D for our overseas friends) and my lenses (18-55 Canon, 18-250 Tamron and 70-300 Canon), but it's not always practical to be carrying those around with me - and they certainly don't fit in my purse or pocket like this little Kodak. I can't count the number of times when I wished I had my camera with me. Hopefully, this little P&S will take care of that. I imagine this gallery will contain photos mostly from the Kodak P&S and my favorite child, the Canon. I think I'll even dust off my old Sony DSC F-717 and take her for a spin :)
Well, at least now I know where all the birdseed is going. I was beginning to think I had some pterodactyl's in the yard or something. Was having to refill the feeder twice a day. Come on squirrels, you have your own feeder! Reminded me a bit of one of my favorite shots from a few years ago. How could I not remember that squirrels will eat anything!
On a side note, we woke up to about an inch of snow/ice this morning. Too much. Forecast says 75 for this weekend. Talk about a temperature range. Ahhhh, spring in Boise!
