The Boise Train Depot is a bit of a landmark around here. It sits on top of a hill and overlooks the city. It is not used any longer as a train station. Amtrak ran through here for awhile but ceased operation several years ago. It is now more of an event center for weddings, gatherings, etc. The gardens surrounding the depot are gorgeous in the summer.

Is that a squirrel or a tree branch?

There is certainly no shortage of squirrel shots, so I would be remiss if I didn't add one of my own ;) This guy refused to turn around for me. He might as well have raised his little paw and said, "Talk to the hand." Totally not interested in having his photo taken.
